Spaghetti Zucchini with Garlic

Learn how to make healthy zucchini noodles in less than 15 minutes.  It's so simple and versatile that you can adapt it to add any of your favorite toppings to the noodles.  If you're cooking for more than 1 person just adapt the ingredients to include your family or friends.

Ingredients

     How to make 

    1. Make zucchini spaghetti noodles using the Papa Vince Peeler.
    2. Using a low heat, pour a spoon of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan
    3. Grate the garlic clove into a paste right into the pan using the Papa Vince Garlic Peeler
    4. When the garlic has become golden brown, add the zucchini spaghetti
    5. Cook on a low heat for about 3 minutes until the zucchini reaches your desired consistency. We, personally prefer it "AL DENTE", nice and crunchy!
