Baked Potatoes with Lemon & Fennel

How to make
- Peel & thinly slice the potatoes.
- Place in a pan lined with wax paper. Make one single layer.
- Carefully pour some EVOO & lemon oil over each potato slice.
Sprinkle fennel seeds, parsley & rosemary over each potato.
- Add Papa Vince Sea Salt & black pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 20 mins
