Baked Potatoes with Lemon & Fennel

Mediterranean / Vegan / Whole30 Diet

Ingredients

How to make 

  1. Peel & thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Place in a pan lined with wax paper. Make one single layer.
  3. Carefully pour some EVOO & lemon oil over each potato slice.
  4. Sprinkle fennel seeds, parsley & rosemary over each potato.
  5. Add Papa Vince Sea Salt & black pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

  • Prep Time:  5 mins
  • Cook Time:  20 mins
  • Serves:  2-3
