Tender, fluffy and moist. An ideal cake, with few ingredients and a spectacular flavor.
- 1 1/4 Common flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon of chemical yeast
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 Sugar Cup
- 1 orange Zest
- 3/4 Cup Papa Vince extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of orange juice.
HOW TO MAKE
Mix all the dry ingredients an a bowl and set aside.
Put all the oil ingredients in a jug and mix well. Reserve.
In another bowl, add the eggs and sugar, beat until you get a pale cream is obtained.
Add dry ingredients in 3 parts alternating with the Papa Vince extra virgin olive oil and juice mixture.
Beat until everything is well integrated.
Pour the dough into a previosly greased 23 cm round mold and bake at 170 C, without fan for 25-30 min or until inserting a toothpick comes out clean.

Cook time: 40 minutes
Serve: 10 people.
