Bruschetta with Mozzarella and Capers

Ingredients

How to make

  1. Cut Mozzarella Cheese into pieces to cover most of the slices of bread. 
  2. Drain capers.
  3. Place 2 or 3 small capers on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and just before serving so that it doesn't become too soggy.
  5. Squeeze a small dot of Papa Vince Balsamic Glaze on the very top and Enjoy!

This recipe makes a tasty appetizer for any event.  It's simple to make and it takes less than 10 minutes.  It's a twist on the classic bruschetta recipe!
