Bell Peppers al forno with Papa Vince Organic EVOO

How to bake Sweet Bell Pepper with Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I am always looking for healthy quick recipes and this is one of those. Besides, it goes perfectly with steaks, chicken, or simply with a slice of bread.

Recipe

  • Active Time: 10 minutes
  • Passive Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Preparation Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb of sweet baby bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of Papa Vince EVOO
   

Instructions:
*preheat oven to 350 degrees F.*

(1) Core, seed and rinse sweet bell peppers
(2) Cut each pepper into halves
(3) Baste each pepper half with Papa Vince Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil  
(4) Place in a glass baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
