I am always looking for healthy quick recipes and this is one of those. Besides, it goes perfectly with steaks, chicken, or simply with a slice of bread.
*preheat oven to 350 degrees F.*
(1) Core, seed and rinse sweet bell peppers
(2) Cut each pepper into halves
(3) Baste each pepper half with Papa Vince Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(4) Place in a glass baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
