How to make espresso in a moka pot

We Italians are passionate about our coffee.  You may not realize it but you don't need an expensive coffee maker to make a really good espresso. 
All you need is a good stainless steel moka pot to make incredible espresso.

This is how I grew up making espresso in my home and how it is made in most homes in Italy.  Watch Stefano in the video as he explains how we make coffee in our home.  You'll be amazed by our collection of caffettiera, we have one for every occasion.
