Our Story Starts...
with Papa Vince, the cute old man on the label.

He learned the art of making Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) when working as an apprentice for the Knight of De Stefani at the Medieval Castello of Rampinzeri, Santa Ninfa, Italy.

Under the Knights careful guidance, GrandPa learned the SECRET ART of making what he used to call “MEDICINE OIL.”

Papa Vince entered the USA market March, 2013.

Since then, the excitement that our customers share daily through emails, phone calls and in social media has catapulted us to expand our products beyond Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

In 2016 we decided to partner with local artisans in Sicily to bring to our customers the highest quality possible pastas, tomato sauces, vinegar and sea salt, all made in Sicily by locals with local products.

    Ingredients:

    100% Unadulterated, Non-Blended, Unfiltered, Unrefined, Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our farm in Sicily, Italy


    Directions:

    Store away from heat and light. Excellent finishing and seasoning oil - use it raw, as you do salt and pepper. It brightens all the ingredients of your food while adding smoothness and balance. Excellent as a salad dressing with just salt and pepper. Perfect for your daily dose - excellent taste and full of antioxidants. Excellent for baking and cooking.

    Best Used before Nov 2019 No other oils processed in this facility besides Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


    Indications:

    VERY LOW ACIDITY - Reduces anti-reflux and heartburn. Besides your food will taste 10X better.


    Serving Recommendations:

    4 tbsp daily to reduce cholesterol and inflammation. Sprinkle on top of your food raw.


    Condition Note:

    2016 Harvest. Best Used before 11/2019. Once opened, it lasts good over a year. Long duration due to high levels of antioxidants. No other oils processed in this facility besides extra virgin olive oil.
