How to make 

  1.  In a small cup mix and stir all the ingredients together.
  2. Tweak vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Add to your favorite salad.

Background

In our kitchen we always make our own salad dressing, just like the Italians do!  It's always fresh, healthy and we know exactly what we're eating.  All you need are a few simple ingredients and you can make it in less than 5 minutes.
