Vegan Lemony-Turmeric Hummus by Jazzy Vegetarian Laura Theodore

Hummus Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
  • 1 tablespoon filtered or spring water, plus more as needed
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon PAPA VINCE sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Topping Ingredients

How to make Lemony-Turmeric Hummus

  1. Put all of the hummus ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add a bit more water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Drizzle with PAPA VINCE lemon olive oil and serve.

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Serves: 4 people
