I love tomatoes, love bruschetta, and I absolutely love Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil! There are so many variations of bruschetta. Don't hesitate to create your own.
For this particular one, I chose to add a drop of Balsamic Vinegar Glaze. I have to admit that It was, and always is delicious!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes;
Active Cooking Time: 10 min;
Yield: 6 servings about 4 pieces
(1) Slice bread to desired thickness.
(2) Chop tomatoes and basil.
(3) Add Papa Vince EVOO.
(4) Place bread on a plate.
(5) Top each piece with the tomato and basil mix.
(4) Finish off by adding one drop of Papa Vince balsamic vinegar glaze to each slice.
* store any left overs in the refrigerator.
