Italians do not buy any of the sophisticated salad dressings that you may find here in the USA. In fact, they despise them.

Italian dressings are usually made with Fresh Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vinegar or lemon. The first is used through the year except for the Summer. The second is exclusively use during the Summer season. And that is the one I am sharing with you today.

How to make Lemon and Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Salad Dressing:

  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 2 tbsp Papa Vince Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salad Ingredients to taste
