Bruschetta with Balsamic and Authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I love tomatoes, love bruschetta, and I love Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil! There are so many variations of bruschetta. Do not hesitate to create your own. For this particular one, I chose to add a drop of Balsamic Vinegar Glaze. I have to admit, It was, and always is, delicious!




Preparation Time: 10 minutes; 
Active Cooking Time: 10 min;
Yield: 6 servings about 4 pieces




  • 3-4 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 4 fresh Basil leaves
  • 1/4 Cup of Papa Vince’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
  • French Baguette




(1) Slice bread to desired thickness.
(2) Chop tomatoes and basil.
(3) Add Papa Vince EVOO.
(4) Place bread on plate.
(5) Top each piece with the tomato and basil dip.
(4) Finish off by adding one drop of balsamic vinegar glaze to each slice.



* Refrigerate after use
